Being a daughter of Eliffer Amallen is a curse in Isa's eyes. Her father is power-hungry, like his fathers before him. When her uncle succeeded in becoming High Chancellor and married his own daughter off to King Lucien's nephew, the Amallen Family had grown considerably within the court ever since. The Amallens are rising stars and will do anything necessary to keep their power. And it was only when Isa entered full womanhood that the Amallens discovered they had a secret weapon in her...thus giving her the name the Amallen Jewel. Now the aim for the Amallen Brothers is to put Isa in Cenred Argoth's way...to make him desire her to the point she would become Queen.
